Strategically located in the Kendal Industrial Park, Central Java, PT ALBA Tridi Plastics Recycling Indonesia operates a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to transforming local post-consumer PET bottles into high-quality, food-grade rPET materials. Since its commissioning in Q4 2024, the 2.6-hectare facility has leveraged cutting-edge technology to process 48,000 tons of PET bottles annually, producing approximately 24,000 tons of FDA-certified food-grade rPET flakes and 12,000 tons of FDA-certified food-grade pellets. These outputs are certified to stringent global standards, including US FDA NOL for direct food contact, EFSA full registration, RecyClass, Global Recycled Standard (GRS), Recycled Claim Standard (RCS), SMETA, and ISO 9001. These high-quality materials can be utilized for the manufacturing of new beverage bottles, food packaging, textiles, and automotive components, both within Indonesia and for export purposes.
