ALBA?s stone, bricks, and architectural blocks have been a mainstay of the built environment in Quebec, Canada and North America for almost 50 years. All our product lines are made of 93.3%-pure calcite from the quarries of our subsidiary, Les Calcites du Nord inc. of Mistassini.

This material, which some call “white gold”, boasts exceptional mechanical properties: solidity, durability, and superior tensile strength and resistance to water penetration—which, when added to an esthetic appeal combining clean, distinctive finishes and beauty, enhance the appearance of any building!

ALBA also makes incredible full-colour cladding. Multiple pigments are used to produce a broad spectrum of shades, from soft pastels to more vibrant hues—something to appeal to all tastes!
